Dr Roxanne Portolesi is a Registered Nutritionist and the Nutrition Science Manager at Dairy Australia, where she supports Dairy Australia’s marketing and nutrition policy engagement with the latest nutrition science. Roxanne is PhD qualified and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Management (Marketing) at the University of Adelaide. She is a member of the Food and Nutrition Advisory Board for Deakin University’s undergraduate Food and Nutrition Science degree and a committee member of Nutrition Australia. She is also member of several professional societies including the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, the Nutrition Society of Australia, ANZOS and Nutrition Australia. Her interests include child nutrition, obesity, cardiovascular disease, sports nutrition and population health.
