Russell Rising
Dr. Russell Rising received his Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in Nutritional Sciences. He has over 40 scientific publications and five chapters in medical texts. Dr. Rising currently works in the metabolic laboratory in the Obesity Research Center at St. Luke's Hospital in Manhattan, New York. Moreover, he is current co-owner of D & S Consulting Services Inc. A company that specialized in the installation of whole room indirect calorimeters for all species.
