Chris Rissel
Chris Rissel is Director of the NSW Office of Preventive Health and Professor of Public Health with the School of Public Health, University of Sydney. The NSW Office of Preventive Health focuses on childhood and adult obesity prevention. . Previously Chris was the Director of the Health Promotion Service, Sydney South West Area Health Service, and for six years was Editor-in-Chief of the Health Promotion Journal of Australia. His current research interests focus on obesity prevention and active transport, cycling advocacy, tobacco control and sexual health.
